Profile visibility

Skillhive is built on transparent expertise within the organization. By default, user profiles are visible internally according to role-based access levels. The visibility of profile information and skills can be managed through user settings and permission levels.

User Roles and Profile Visibility

The customer has six user roles available:

• Admin (Pääkäyttäjä)
• Regular User (Tavallinen käyttäjä)
• HRD (equivalent to Regular User rights, but allows restriction of swarm creation rights between these roles)
• External Expert (EXT)
• EXT+
• EXT Mentor

In addition, Intunex has system-level administrator rights (superadmin).

Profile Visibility

All profile information (with the exception of job rotation interest) is visible within the user’s own organization to the user themselves as well as to all Regular Users and Admins.

Users with Regular User rights are able to view the profiles of all other users within the same organization.

Profile information is never visible outside the user’s own organization.

Job rotation information is visible only to the user themselves and to Admins.

External Expert Permissions

EXT users can view only basic information from other users’ profiles:

• name
• photo
• contact details
• short description

They do not have access to skill assessments, CV details, or other extended profile information.

EXT+ users can view only their own profile information.

EXT Mentor users can view detailed profile information only when acting as the user’s supervisor, mentor, or coach.

Personal Responsibility

Users are responsible for:

• Their own skill self-assessments
• Voluntary profile descriptions

Only work-related information should be added.
