The winners of Sitra’s Ratkaisu 100 Challenge prize have been chosen. Skillhive Next was among Top 5!

The one million-euro prize were split between two competing solutions: Head AI (an artificial intelligence which creates visual competence maps and reports from open data) and Positive CV (which identifies hidden strengths in young people).

Skillhive Next got good feedback from its effectiveness (societal impact), innovativeness and feasibility which were the criteria for choosing the winners.

Here’s some of the great feedback we got from the Jury:

“The jury considered the effectiveness of the solution to be good as the solution breaks existing structures related to expert work using digitization and promotes the flow of knowledge, so the solution responds well to the given challenge. The jury praised that if the product is given a broad user base, it is well suited to future of work and brings agility to the needs of work, workers and businesses.”

“The jury found that the solution has a moderate level of innovation, as the solution brings together expert work in a new way to serve companies and the public sector with a view to a global marketplace for expert work. The solution is timely and aims to solve the challenges of the transition. “

The feedback shows that we are on the right track.

The whole process has given us a lot. We have developed a clear vision and roadmap for the future of expert work where knowledge is being shared across and beyond organizations and where we all have an opportunity to do what we are best at and what we are interested in. And moreover, we have build trust in ourselves that we really can make it happen!

So, the work continues.
